Prohibited Account Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

Bet Placement and Settlement

In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared a no-result, all outstanding bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

NFL and college football markets are settled based on the official final score as declared at the end of regular time and overtime where applicable. Voluntary Closure

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all active bonuses, pending free bets, and promotional credits are forfeited immediately.
